♥ you got me like I-C-Y, i'm so in Love
Ack. this is so depressing.
I'm really not used to this whole post-ICYL thing. Gmails used to be flooded with nonsense and not-so-nonsense stuff, now it's just... kinda dead.
I can't believe we survived through this; I remember the days before Day 0, crystal clear - we were all bursting with excitement, nervous, feeling the jitters, wondering if we could actually make magic.
I can't believe we spent the past 9 months planning, camping in the SLAC, having comm meetings, for a 5 day convention that just whizzed past us like that.
I can't believe on Day 0 we stepped into YMCA receiving international delegates with bright smiles on our faces, and now we have to wave and hug them goodbye teary-eyed.
And now here we are.
ICYL is over, probably time to reflect on the things we did? Honestly speaking, I am very very very proud of OT. Even though we started off slow paced, ladeeduming around, it was really heartwarming to see everyone putting so much effort, bearing with sleepless nights almost every night, working together. I have never been in a greater OT.
The experience of being in ICYL OT has been a one-of-a-kind, amazing, inspiring, and wonderful one. I've gotten so much out of it, I think everytime OT gets together I feel this wave of power, that 'we can do anything and everything' feeling. I don't think I'll ever dare to sing madly in the canteen in front of random people, doing ab exercises, laugh like a lunatic, without ICYL OT. I'm so glad I got this opportunity to be in ICYL (:
And because we had such a strong bond and attachment, such a powerful and fearless OT, it's difficult to say goodbye, to admit that ICYL is over, we'll no longer have GMs, or gmail spams, or know-it-alls and survival kits, no more eating pizzas in the SLAC, no more stressing out when the teachers walk into the SLAC all stern-looking, no more carrying our phones around school anytime receiving phonecalls. ):
But I guess, we've made our mark, I'm proud to say we've done all we could and definitely inspired many others from all over the world/Asia. We Are Amazing.
LOGS!
I LOVE LOGS, all of you! Zara (Zorro/Tsar Nicholas Two), Desiree, Germ, Celine, Fang Da, and our dearest boob obsessed little junior Joanna Chue, who, ironically, depite being the youngest, is the tallest among us. And the lamest. And the sickest.
I'm so thankful I got to be part of such a crazy, annoying comm. We make a whole carton of annoying oranges. I believe we all felt the same way when we learnt about out comm allocations. It was like, uhh, logs, uhh- okayyy ._. who knew it'd turn out like this! we're saikang warriors rain or shine, day and night; we're forever on a Bumpy Ride; we're hyper to the max, we lack self-control esp when it comes to our mouth; we're crazy over cheers, pigeon/bird summoning, greenmen, fitness, abs, and getting rid of those flabs, but at the same time we're such pigs and we always eat the most in spite of our small comm size... I'm so comfortable around y'all because you're weird like me, I can do/say/feel anything and everything :D I probably never knew I was that crazy until we came together and you guys opened me up to my MAD side. I love how we're all so close and open and loud and bonded as a comm, I can safely say I have NEVER ever, in my entire life, been in such an awesome comm before. And honestly speaking, I don't think I'll ever be.
Sigh, all our ab exercises and saikang's running through my mind this very instant. I MISS YOU ALL ALREADY. We must... (omg, the song shit hahahha: we must, we must, increase our **** 8D) LOL I meant, we MUST have our ice-skating sessions, ab training, Veggie Thursday, SUSHI/ICE CREAM BUFFET :P
And now I am so tired because we only slept for like 2-3 hours last night. Thanks to some people *coughcough* for rolling around in bed and making SO much noise. And all the inappropriate touching :D

I think, I better leave this before I start to tear because I can't control myself. I love you guys so much, I hope we can stay friends forever, we'll be one Logs comm forever. I've done so much with you guys, we're more than friends, we're family.
